  • Preheat your oven to around 200°C (400°F).
  • Season the chicken thighs with spices, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  • Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes, turning halfway through cooking for even cooking.
