Mon panier

Entrecôte is a piece of beef cut from the middle of the animal's back. This meat is known for its tenderness and intense flavor.

Ribeye can be cooked in a pan, grill or oven, and is often served with fries, grilled vegetables or a garlic butter-based sauce.

Meat lovers often enjoy rib-eye steak because of its juicy texture and rich flavor.

Butcher's Advice

  • In the hot pan or on the grill, add a little olive oil or butter.
  • Place the steak on the hot surface. For a steak approximately 2 cm thick, cook for approximately 1 minute 45 to 2 minutes for blue meat, 3 to 4 minutes on each side for rare cooking. If you prefer medium-rare cooking, add about 1 to 2 additional minutes per side.
  • For even cooking, do not press down on the meat too much while cooking, as this can cause juices to lose and make it less tender.
