Kebab is a culinary preparation of Turkish origin made from meat cooked on a spit, usually chicken. The meat is marinated with spices and slowly cooked on a vertical spit.

Once cooked, the meat is sliced ​​into thin strips and served in pita bread with vegetables and a sauce of your choice.

Butcher's Advice

  • Place in the oven on parchment paper at 180° for 1 hour 20 minutes without preheating the oven.
  • You can accompany with finely cut vegetables around the base so that the flavors that emerge from the Kebab during cooking can flavor your vegetables.
