Description

The marinated chicken comes from fresh thighs deboned by us and then marinated.

You will find salt, pepper, curry with a touch of mustard.

This preparation can be grilled, or baked and is delicious served with a variety of vegetables or starches.


Butcher's Advice

  • Bake the chicken thighs in the oven for around 25 to 30 minutes at 190°. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the thighs and the power of your oven, so monitor them carefully.
  • Check for doneness by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the thigh.
