Butcher's Advice

  • Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature (usually around 180°C to 200°C
  • Season the chicken inside and out with salt, pepper, and other spices or herbs of your choice. You can also rub the chicken with olive oil or melted butter to help it brown and stay juicy while cooking.
  • Cook the chicken in the oven for the recommended times based on its weight.
  • Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the chicken. As a general rule, allow about 20 minutes per pound (450 grams) of chicken. Remember to factor in the total weight of the chicken when determining cooking time.
